i design the process first, then pick the software. pick a tool below and see what i've built with it — from jira dashboards to a full erp rollout.
rebuilt how the team sees its own work: custom fields, five dashboard gadgets — custom reports, time in status, cycle time trend, histogram, average age — plus proactive monitoring and a plan to mine two years of historical data via sql/python etl.
co-developed an internal order processing platform on onbase: workflow automation, jira api integration and ac/pc code logic — turning a manual chain into a trackable, measurable flow.
i refused to buy software first and figure out the process later. we mapped how orders actually move through the plant — then configured erpnext on frappe cloud: order workflows, automated status alerts, timeline tracking from lead to final qc.
led the salesforce rollout end to end: a consistent sales pipeline, clean data, real-time visibility for the whole team, and the training to make it stick.
implemented salesforce cpq so quotes and invoices generate themselves — fewer errors, faster turnaround, happier customers.
migrated a legacy odoo 8 installation to odoo 16 — cross-department coordination, vendor negotiation, data integrity throughout.
built a customer-driven ordering system for spare parts, onboarded race teams onto it and aligned everything with the race calendar — so parts arrive before the race, not after.
wrote the external communication guidelines, then implemented a budget-efficient jira ticketing system to replace scattered email threads with a keyword-searchable information pool.
the next chapter: moving jira service management to the cloud. story to be written — currently in the making.
